hi i have an 01 suzuki vinson problem, it starts, but then fouls the plug after a couple min. it has compression,spark,valves are adjusted,carb is clean,air filter is clean and plug is new. any ideas?

 

I wasn't aware Suzuki made a Vinson in 2001.

Nonetheless, my first suspicion would be to look at the jetting and/or carburetor. Regardless of cleanliness, it sounds like it is running very rich for some reason. Take the bowl off to see if the float is working correctly, and then check to see that your jets are clear and that they are the correct size for your stock engine (did you buy it used?)
