I have an 86 230 it is getting no spark. I have talked to a couple of people and did some ohm testing as far as i can tell everything checks out. I do have a question though should my headlight and tailight sorta light up while kickin it over? I wish i was rich cause i would just go buy everything new it could possibilly be. But i am a roofer from ohio and by far rich. Someone Please help.

 

To the best of knowlage the head and tail light should light up or flicker when kicked to start if the headlight switch is in the ON position.
