I seen the lt-230s vault on here many times. but none for my machine, Ive read up on spark no spark found great help from all. I think i got that figured out then.... spark/fuel wont start.... found help with compresson mine reads 34psi. I know I know!!! no good. So.....found ring gap 0.70mm limit mine is at 0.64mm. FLAT AZZ WORE OUT. understandable 17yrs old same stock piston never been apart. Ok getting ready to put it together after Xmas so im trying to find out spec. on timing torc ect. ect. thanks everyone

 

If you go to your library robs look for a suzuki fwd clymer manual,that should help you.My library has a book called how to fix atvs by clymer its got everything almost from the big 3.Its an older 1 from 87 but I believe all the lt an fwd engines are basically all the same year to year.Hope this helps bro
