What has everyone done in regards to fixing the shifter, Have you just rebuilt the sloppy *** linkage with rod ends?
Has anyone mounted a lever right on the motor shaft and done away with the linkage? If so what did you use,

u can put a solid shifter on the shaft coming out of the engine. Thats what I have on my 230... that stock one is ****...

 

i put a blaster shifter on mine

 

That's what i'm going to do as well.

 

they bolt right up and are the correct length
