I just picked up a 230 shaft drive for 175.00 it was missing the plastics and the fuel pump. I think ive figured out how the vaccum and fuel lines go back together, i just need the pump. then the plastics. Has anyone swapped newer plastics on? I kinda like the look or the 05 suzuki quad and it would update the machine a little.

All I have left is a few bolts to torque, the headlight and some wiring:

So I guess engine enamel is a bad choice for header pipes, use header enamel and this is why:
