A stock pipe with motor mods can rev to 12500.
It's not the pipe holding you back.
I will answer the question:: I've not seen a stock pipe that's been "adjusted", do anything but make it slower.

My preference is the Trinity pipe. It is LOUD tho. The trinity is similiar (but not the same) to the CT/Hetrick/atvracing pipes and all are loud.
Alot like the FMF (pro circiut sells the FMF). I hear they are not as loud.
The DG is what I call a "loud stock replacement".
LRD is a good pipe but mighty pricey.
Hope that helps.
