Does it say quad racer, quad sport, or quad runner?

Well, if the frame is the same size as the Qsport, it is just a Qsport. The racers are a bit bigger framed, and the '88 has the T-bone seat. I don't think the sport got the Tbone until it became a 250 the last few years of the model run(if then.) In '88 you could get the 230 4 stroke sport or the 250 2 stroke racer. Suzuki's first 4 stroke Quadracer is the LT-Z450, which would be hard to confuse with a late 80's quad.
