hi,
I have a qracer92.I had the same problem.
1-look if your crank bearing are in good shape. You have to push your flywheel up and down.If they are good itsn't supose to move and if
it move you must change them
2-look if your cranck isn't false. You have to remove your flywheel.Put a dial indicator on the taper part of the crank.turn the crankshaft with your hand. You must read under .003inches.If you do not your crank must be rebalanced.
3-align mark on your counterbalance gear
on mine i did all that and it was shaking again
after a lot of research i found that marks on my gear were wrong.Nobody can explain me why
so if you do step 1,2 and it seem ok try this:
remove sparkplug and turn your engine toput your piston at the up of the cylinder. On the flywheel side look where your balancer(half moon)are.IT MUST be at the opposite side of your cylinder.if it is not, align your counterbalance this way
you will resolve your problem.

mine has no counterbalancer and it vibrates a ton. but i am so used to it by now. i can ride all day with no fatigue. and i can hop from my LT to my friends 400EX and not really notice the difference. there is a huge one but i just don't pay attention to it.

mt brother is about to start working on his, he asn't had a chance to all winter. it started vibrating real bad when we were at the dunes last time all of a sudden, so we shut it down & towed it in.
i called trinity, CT and LRD they said to check a few other things too: the bearings on the counterbalancer may be bad & need replacing, or the nut on the counterbalancer may have come loose.
