Exclamation HELP! Suzuki LT 250 Quadrunner clutch slip?

Hey guys, my 1990 Suzuki quadrunner has been flwless until i recently drove through some deep water (maybe 3/4 up the tires?) and afterwards it seemed to start slipping in gear. Drove it for awhile to bring it home and now it barely moves! I put it in gear and it feels like it locks in but when i throttle it barely moves. I can push it along and really throttle it and it will eventually move. Any ideas? Did i kill the clutch?? I find it hard to believe that a little bit of water could have done this. Its now 3 days later and its still the same. Any ideas?

Sounds like you need new clutch plates. Its a cheap and easy fix. Have you checked your oil to see if water got in it?
