My 86 LT230S project
So I bought my 230S from some guy who had two Banshees and just used it as a backup. It was not running, so I picked it up for $400. All it took was a half an hour of cleaning the carb and it started right up, talk about steal for
$400 . Anyways here are a couple pics that I posted up in the welcome section already.
It was painted with a spray can and was tore up pretty bad, so I decided to call in a favor and had someone I know paint it.
Here is the back plastic after sand blasting it down, there were also a few cracks here that I fixed by melting down the plastic.
And here we are after the first coat of paint.
Here its all sanded down and ready for the final coat.
And finally the last coat. I had them clear coated last night, and I am going to go get them later on today. I will post up some more pics when I get them. Tell me what you think so far.

I have a picture of the plastic setting on the quad, but I was in such a hurry to get it back together I didn't take time to take another picture of it all assembled, but I do have a picture of it in the back of my truck.

looks good so far. let me know when you get a better pic of your 230. i need at least 4 pics. i need 1 of the left side, 1 of the right side, 1 front angle, and one of any angle you choose. then i can make your gallery page.
go to the Vault and click on gallery then click individual 230s. and then you can get an idea on what camera angles you can use.
