Carb help

You need to do what Knust told you first, make sure there are no obstructions with the vents including the one in the gas cap, or just take the cap off and try to run it and see if that makes a difference. Next I would remove the fuel line from the carb and then turn on the fuel and see how it pours. Should come out in a steady stream the size of the hose.
Make sure the float is set correctly and clean every orifice in the carb with a can of spray with the straw on the end. When you spray it in one hole you should see it come out somewhere else, if not something is plugged.
I'm thinking you might have an air leak, if you can get it running again spray some carb cleaner around the carb and intake and see if it bogs down the engine.
