Sounds kinda low, and since you have a knock it sounds like its time to pull the top end apart anyway :/

When you cleaned the carb did you put a rebuild kit in it? I tried cleaning mine multiple times without much success, as soon as I rebuilt it with new jets and gaskets my issues were solved. I found a kit for around $15 or so on ebay.

no i just cleaned the carp really good. and when you say "pull the top end apart" what do you mean (rings and piston or could it be something else)? and i also just for the hell of it checked my spark again and no spark now at all but had spark a couple of days ago. how do i check the cdi and the ignition coil maybe i did it wrong last time or something

OK. Let's face it, it could be a few things.
I thought I'd start off with the easy stuff.
Compression (like stated), valve problem, coil/cdi...????
When things quit when hot, I look at the coil/cdi.

Just seen the updates:::
"Sounds kinda low, and since you have a knock it sounds like its time to pull the top end apart anyway"
I agree but I think before I tore it all the way down, I'd check the valve adjustment.

You use a ohm meter to check the coil/cdi.
Maybe somone in here has the specs.
