I put a post up a couple of day's ago but it might have been confusing. I'm trying to find out where the vacuum line coming from the carb. goes. It is a 1987 LT230.

No vacuum lines just drain and the one up topfor vent

The top vent line has vacuum, what might be causing this?

what model of lt230 is it for starters. E, GEG, GEF or SG SH SK? if its a semi auto with no rear suspension its probably the vacuum for the fuel pump.
