2005 250z semiautomatic. kids riding in snow,not letting up on gas to shift now runs but no gears and wont move. any clues?

 

have you pushed it around in gear to see if any of the gears grab? does the oil smell burned or is discolored? were they stuck and doing this or just jacking around in the snow and haulin' butt slipping and sliding shooting rooster tails all over the place? just trying to get a picture of what the quad was actually doing while they incorrectly shifted the quad causing the possible damage. if they were speed shifting wide open throttle, that's not good at all.
