87 250r quad racer parts swap?

rebuilding an 87 suzuki lt250r and wanted to know if the 88-92 crank will fit my 87 and if so does it need any more parts to make it work

and any upgrades worth doing i have the hole engine in half about to be put back together

well i tryed the 87 piston in my new 88-92 hot rods crank and it all site i think i will be fine installing it. if anyone one has done this please let me know how it worked for u
