Hey Everyone I'm in The process of rebuilding and 86 LT230s and 89 LT250s both quadsports So far on the 230 i haver bored it .40 over Because the silender was Ovaled so bad the 250s has bin bored .20 over the silender on it was. Worped and and the Connecting rod baring Is seized and I don't trust the Connecting rod I have bin looking for a new one with out any luck I was wonder is if the 230 Connecting rod will fit a 250 But I was also wondering if there was any other parts on other bikes that will fit my 250 Another problem with the 250 is left side case has been cracked by the chain I know this is a minor problem but that might have been involved with this motor being seized Any help that I can get would be great thanks

 

No the rod wont work from the lt230. You can get the lt250s rod, rod bearing, and washers from cheapcycle.com

 

I looked and can't fined any for my 250 :/
