suzuki 250 quadrunner registration issues

I found one for sale but it has no title. It is located in NY and I want to use it in NY - so as far as DMV: I do need to register it.

Any suggestions or ideas?

If it has a clean VIN then you can get it registered in NY. You will need a receipt and the previous owner will have to fill out NY DMV Form MV-518 and Section 6 of DMV Form MV-802. I think there might be another form you will have to fill out when you get to the DMV.

I'm in the process of doing this with my LT250s and 225DX Trike. Heading in next week to get my LT250s and our Z400 registered.
