1st thanks for all the help in getting my Eiger running a few months ago. After a carb rebuild and some fine tuning I had her running like a top. HAD being the operative word. After a few hours she would start and run fine, but after a few minutes she would start running rough and die. let her sit for 10 or 15 minutes and she would run fine for 5 and die again.

I opened up the aircleaner box and found oily gas in it. So I cleaned it out and started her up again. She runs for 5 minutes and then starts running rough, puking oily gas thri the carb into the air cleaner.

Any thoughts on whats wrong now?

 

Clean the carb again. Sounds like the float may be stuck and allowing too much fuel in.
