If you were going to put A RM250 Engine in a Quadracer LT250R, what could you do to keep it from vibrating real bad since the Rm 250 engine does not a have a counter-balancer????

Thanx

to stop some of the vibration you would have to reinforce the frame more in certain spots, that would most likely cut down on some of the vibration

THE COUNTER BALANCER IS THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO GET RID OF VIBRATION. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO TO FRAME WISE IT WILL STILL VIBRATE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO A SWAP WHY NOT FIND A MOTOR WITH ONE OR GO WITH A STREETBIKE MOTOR JUST FOR KICKS. I AM NOT IN MY SHOP SO WITH OUT MY BOOKS I CAN'T BE SURE BUT I BELIEVE SUZUKI HAD A (APROX) 400CC 2 STROKE BIKE MOTOR THAT WAS BALANCED. HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE TO HAVE A 400 QUAD RACER.
