I can't find anything anywhere on this clutch and whether I use it to shift gears. it has to b pulled up when released to take off. I believe it to b for holding bike still to not move when running and in gear. Somebody please help can I remove this? Kind of a pain to shift gears with it and iv seen other lt230s without this

The LT230S has a traditional manual clutch and you should use it to switch gears.

The LT230E looks exactly the same, but has electric start and an auto clutch.
