What is this coming from my clutch. I put on new bars and this came apart i guess. My electric start doesn't work either now

Looks like a sensor. Probably one of those nanny things that only lets you start the machine with the clutch lever pulled in? You may be able to just strip a few wires and tie them together to defeat this, or just fix it properly. Personally I went through and disabled all these stupid things on my personal ride, but leave them on the kids' stuff.

How would you disable something like this? My electric start won't work because you have to pull in the clutch to start it. I'm only 14 so I'm learning all this stuff

Can it not be put back together? I would do that before bypassing it. It is probably just a simple switch, that allows the starter circuit to be energized once it is closed(the action of you pulling in the clutch.

I'm pretty sure it could be back together but unfortunately I was riding when It came apart and I think there was other parts of it and they fell off somewhere

Here ya go. Google this, I believe it is the part number you need. 57560-07G10 Looks like about $40.00, check an OEM parts finder and you can see all the parts that go with that clutch assembly.
