Default Suzuki ltz 400 oil leak at cylinder base?

New to forum, just blew off engine area with air compressor to determine oIL leak.
Well blew it off, rode for about 2 min an case was pretty wet an what looks to be coming from the cyLinder base gasket on left side of engine.

Don't know history of bike, just bought ut, no clue if it's ever been cracked open.
There is no coolant in the oil or vise versa.

What could case this?

That gasket at your finger nail is your head gasket. The base gasket of your cylinder is the next one down. May want to take off the valve cover gasket and re-torque the head bolts.
