What year is my Quadracer?/

Look for the 17 digit frame number, otherwise known as the VIN. The first letter should be "J" for Japan (country of manufacturer) Look for the tenth digit, it will be a letter. Match it up with these:
F-1985
G-1986
H-1987
J-1988 (Skips vowels)
K-1989
L-1990
M-1991
N-1992
P-1993
R-1994
S-1995
T-1996
V-1997
W-1998
X-1999
Y-2000
1-2001
2-2002

Ok, I decided that it's an '88. I couldn't find any numbers on the frame because I just had it powder coated, but with the info about the swingarm, nose piece color, and reed cage I figured it out.
