I have a 2004 king quad, been great. have trickle charger on all the time.
Tried to start yesterday, dash lit up for a few seconds and went dark.
put real charger on over night, says fully charged still dead,
battery is fully charged
does not light up, does not crank, no turn, etc. I cleaned the battery terminals still nothing.

Is there a fuse or relay that could be burnt out?

Yes, main fuse is on the solenoid, but check the wires from battery on solenoid and battery to earth as well. The electrics on the 700 are hardly adequate, (which is why you need to trickle charge them) so any resistance due to a bad connection will result in problems.
