Default Lt80 ran before carb cleaning now wont start

Hi everyone newbie here,

I just finished cleaning out the carb to my sons 2000 lt80 and now it wont start. Before the clean it ran ok but was really smokey. Also the throttle seems kind of sticky now as well. Not sure if i messed up the routing somehow. I did set the gas on prime and checked to see if the bowl had gas and it did. Should i take it apart and recheck something, maybe the float? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums.
The "sticky" part ...Maybe you have the slide in, incorrectly. It seems to happen.
You did remove both pilot and main jets to clean, right?
2 strokes smoke. More or less depending on the oil used.
