Stipped oil plug ltz 400 HELP!

LTZ 400 08 I stripped the oil reservoir bolt can I use this ?https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...B&gclsrc=aw.ds its a rubber plug for a quick fix - this way I dont have to re tap it ..... anyone ever used a rubber plug ?

Got one in the old farm truck its held for 6+ years. if you do install one make sure to inspect it often.
