Lt80 2005 seized?

First thought is that the carb is poring gas into the motor. Many float needle problems as of late. Also, reading again, you mention fuel coming ouit of the petcock when in run position. Fuel should not flow when in run position. Might as well get a blaster petcock, plug the vac port that sends vacuum to the factory petcock.
In the meantime, remove spark plug, put a rag on top of spark plug hole and turn the motor over. This is to blow raw fuel out. Be sure to put the plug wire far from hole. Replace spark plug. Disconnect fuel line from petcock. Drain the carb. Apply full throttle and spin till it spits and sputters then revs up.
Let's go from there.
