Default 2001 LTF160 no spark please help

i bought a 2001 ltf160, im gonna be very simple, you press the starter button, engine turns over and turns over and doesn’t fire. you pull the pull start, engine just keeps turning over and doesn’t fire, you roll it down a hill, fires right up and runs fine. makes absolutely no sense to me.
i have checked the spark, and it gets no spark to either but it obviously gets spark when you bump start it?
don’t say i’m not pulling it hard enough, i’ve pull started 400s easier than im pulling this cord and nothing is happening.
the engine seems to turn over fine with the electric start? and it’s getting gas fuel and air and it goes through all four strokes.

i don’t know what to replace or what to check.
PLEASE HELP i really wanna go ride but this is pissing me off

Change the plug. Double check that spark on the pull start. It is possible some ignition component is on it's way out and weakening the spark, but a symptom of a bike with low compression is needing a rolling start. If it is a weak spark, you could try a new coil but I find it best to get the workshop manual and do the ignition circuit tests, before spending money "substituting" components.
