Default Lt80 crankshaft assembly

I'm in need of a crank assembly for granddaughters lt80. I have searched the www and can't find one. I even searched kfx80. One search comes up with part wiseco wpc119, but it isn't for lt80 or kfx80.
Can someone point me in right direction please?

Thanks !

Complete assembly $274.84 from Babbitts, or available from any Suzuki ATV dealer, part number 12200-40B02.

Hope you don't mind me hijacking a bit but Jack should be posting on here shortly, and I'm rebuilding an LT80 engine too. The crank was very tight in one main bearing, had to press it out, bearing must be even tighter in the case as it is still in there, will warm the case before trying to remove it. What is best when re-assembling, fit the new bearing to crank then try to get both into a heated case, or fit bearing to case first, and press crank into them?

Fit the bearings on the crankshaft, make sure it's straight, then heat the cases one side at a time. I've found that cleaning/sanding the holes where they have the locating points help greatly. It should slide together, no pressing.

Thanks for the info Merryman. That site us very handy. When I tore mine down the left bearing stayed in case, right one came out on crank.
Mr. Jack, on install, when heating case, is there any worry about melting seals, or install seals after crank? Thank you all.

You install the seals after all is cooled down.

Thnx for replies.
I might try "Mr Crank" proscission crank rebuilder.
Send him my core, he sends a complete rebuilt and trued crank. Results are guaranteed. Any body use this guy? THNX Jack, seals in last.

I was quoted 159.00 includes shipping. I'm gonna take the chance, I'll try him and see how it goes.

60 bucks and you have a new one but that sounds sorta fair considering a LT80 crank is a PITA to get straight. Hopefully he welds the pin.

Now when you get it back, be careful how you handle it. Don't be grabbing one end and swinging the rod around like a kids toy. They are sensitive.

THNX Jack. I'll have to ask about welding pin. You mean so rod pin stays put? I'll handle crank like a new born.
