Why fit a new carb if it "started everytime" on the old one? Check for a spark first, and fit a new plug, just in case. If that doesn't cure it, take your new carb apart, check it for debris and blow the jets out with an air line. Could have got dirt in at the factory, or when you fitted it, or protective coating they put on may have solidified. Put the old carb back on if you can't find the problem. If it then fires up, you know there is something wrong with the new carb.

Default It looks like feul

It came with a new feul filter which I added after the petcock so the gas line is like 2 and a half feet long could that be the issue be like I think I said that it didn't have that set up be just straight gasline to carb

I find paper element filters can air lock if wetted, then fuel allowed to run dry, so they get full of air, then fuel flow started again. However, All you need to do to check, is take the pipe off at the carb end and see if fuel runs out. Put tap on prime if it has a vac operated tap, or spin engine on starter for those with a fuel pump.
