Default Ltz250 slow crank

New to the forums and new to Suzukis. Recently picked up an LTZ250 06. Just charged the battery and put a fresh plug in and when I go to start it I get This almost like it’s a low battery. Not sure if it’s a sign of a bad battery or maybe a bad starter?

Very rare that starters get "lazy" it is usually the battery at fault. If your charger will stand it, try starting with charger connected to battery. Other common cause of this is a high resistance on battery or solenoid wire terminals, this includes earths so check them too.
