About a month ago everyone was talking about the new Suzuki Sport quad. What happened, did Suzuki drop it or something?

About a month ago we all had our speculations from somewhere. There hasn't been anything in the mags about it so we don't know.

Everyone but Suzuki. They have not officially announced anything so there is nothing to drop. It's all speculation. There has been talk in the magazines in the past but that doesn't mean anything. They are just out to get people to buy their magazine each month to see if something has been announced.

I stopped by the Kawasaki/Suzuki dealer here in Harrisburg today and his answer to your question is that Suzuki has Two new sport quads coming out in September. He said a 400c.c. and a 250c.c.

You can find one of Suzuki's new quads, a 500cc utility, at http://www.atv-mag.com/articles/news...jun1301suz.htm.

Where did you hear about the 250 Mojave? What exactly did you hear about it? The DRZ 400 powered ATV will be released in September offically.

I asked the dealer if he knew anything about the rumored sport quad and he simply said "they are releasing two, a 250 and a 400" (in September)he went on to say his rep told him the 400 was based on the DRZ. I really didn't think much about the possibility of the 250 being a two stroke. He didn't seem real excited about the 250 so I kinda just figured it must be something on the beginner lines of say a 250ex. don't know I guess anything is possible, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I wanted a two stroke. Like the old saying goes " don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see"
