I just got my 'Zilla back together this morning and it cranked on the first kick, and I do mean the first. I love this machine! I've been riding around in the yard, just breaking it in a little. My cousin said "Man, that thing is fast!" To which I said "Just wait 'til I get it broke in where I can give it more than half throttle." It just plain rips.
