I'm not sure where the Oct 4th date got started but it doesn't surprise me that nothing was announced today. Like I've said many times before, back in '85 when the Quad Sport and Quad Racer were introduced nobody knew anything prior to the unveiling. In fact it wasn't until Febuary of '85 that any pictures and info came out.

 

the media knows about new suzuki quads before suzuki does... it was that way just 3 or 4 months ago when the Vinson and eiger came out
