i recently got my quadracer all put back together. I took it for a ride today and noticed that when I shut it off a little gas comes out of the lower overflow hose on the carb. Is this normal?

Also when I try adjust my idle using the idle screw on the carb the idle doesn't change at all, I can screw it all the way in or take it all the way out and it doesn't make a differance. any ideas?

You may need to adjust the float height on your carb back to factory spec's. It shouldn't leak. Are you sure your getting the idle screw, not the low-end air/fuel screw? I know that on some carbs, you have to wick the throttle open for a second before the idle changes at all after you mess with the screw.
