Hey guys. I found an '87 quadracer for sale. I was looking at what kind of aftermarket mods there are, and there werent very many. Is it possible to use honda 250r parts on a suzuki lt250r? Seeing as they are almost the some motors? Will.

The motors are not even close, LT's have the power valvle and are fast. The only part that is interchangeable is the front shocks. I can't find any others.

whoa whoa whoa...did i hear that right? 250r shocks work on LT250's? so that means if i had an LT again i could go out and buy some custom axis triple rates with rezzies for it if i wanted to!?

Check out LRD performance for motor mods and Shock Connection for chassis/suspension mods.

What I've also found is that most aftermarket companies sell many more LT parts than what they advertise on their websites. If you'd call them up and ask for specific parts you'd be surprised at what really is offered for the LT.

There are just as many aftermarket parts for LT's as for Hondas. Some companies just dont advertise suzuki in their adds. LRD does a ton for them as do many other places.

86 LT250r w/ mods

Supposedly the carb is also interchangable.

But as for ANYTHING ELSE... No, you've been totally mis-informed.

But, you can still get LRD or CT to make the engine a 325, or a 295, or plenty of other sizes. Extended A-Arms are available through many places and so are extended axles, swing-arms, and steering stems.
