Help with my Quadsport LT250S
#1
I just picked up an older Suzuki LT250S Quadsport.
It is in very rough condition.
I am not sure what the year is, but it is mostly white with a blue (wide) seat.
Do you have any idea what year (or a range) it is?
What spark plug should I run in it?
Also, there is a sticker on the side that advises to turn the choke lever up and the "Choke Limiter ****" in during warm weather. Where and what the heck is a "Choke Limiter?" It runs real rough, especially when I try to accelerate. Could this be due to improper adjustment to the Choke Limiter ****? How do I adjust it?
It also has an electric starter that doesn't look factory. Did they come with electric starters?
There is also a second, smaller clutch lever (compression release?) on the left handlebar. What it the purpose of it and how do I use it in the starting procedures? Thew engine will not start when I try with the lever pulled in.
Thanks!

The only year suzuki made the 250S was in 1990, the lever on the handle bar is a compression release, from what i've heard it is used for easier starting, easier kicking.. I had a friend that had one, he always had a hard time finding parts for it..
