My sons 93 lt80 has a problem. Every once in a while, while riding, the little buger will not wind up. It did this very badly a few months ago and I found the air intake to be clogged with mud. It does not do it all the time, but it's almost guarntied at least ones every ride. I'm thinking that it might be a piece of dirt in the carb, but it looks like a big job to get to it. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Well when you take the air filter out for cleaning,take the carb off and clean it,It really isnt a big deal to clean,start there. Do you clean and oil the air filter? there are other things to consider,but only after a proper carb cleaning,,keep us informed [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
