If you order one before 3-31-02 it is only $3999 + $300 freight/shipping/off road package. You must pre-pay.

This is without a doubt a mis-print.

For starters, the cost of the LT400Z is 4800.00 so there is no way in hell a dealer is going to pay YOU 800.00 to buy a quad from them.

Secondly, that "off road" package adds about 600.00 to the price of the quad.

Third, if they were to sell them for that price, Suzuki would be on their @$$ in aminute and 18 wheelers would be there the next day hauling away the Suzuki units along with the sign. [Yes, that does happen]

I'm sure if you call them, you will find out that it was a misprint. If it wasn't, you had better hope that you are the first one who gets their LTZ, because once one changes hands at that price, it will be the last Suzuki unit that he sells.

Boy,....Talk about your dealer mark ups on accessories!!!!!

Sounds like this dealer is trying to get a jump on Ripoff Alba....
Except with Suzuki's.

It's not really a scam. They just don't go far enough in detail when they say "A Banshee with pipes,K&N,Jet kit, etc.,etc for regualr Banshee MSRP"

What they don't tell you that the price to install these componets are included in the set-up cost. The set up costs are ridulous. By the time you get out of there, you have paid the $5999.99 plus ,say $800 for set up costs, because they add the installation of these goodies into the set-up. That brings it to roughly $7000.00 after freight costs, PLUS more freight if you have the machine shipped to you. That can range from $300.00 to $600.00 itself.

You could have went to your local dealer, haggled a little and bought a Banshee for around $5500.00 and bought the pipes and silencers for $500.00
and then add the dealer freight and set up costs, and you have saved yourself 500.00 not including the fact that you don't have to have it shipped to you or drive a thousand miles to pick it up.

Even if you don't haggle with the price at your local dealer, it still comes to the same price. Like I said, it isn't a scam. Just a way to think you are getting a great deal on a quad with performance goodies already installed.

You are right about alba. I emailed them about their wolverine package. They told me it would be 7200 dollars for it to ship it to me. I could buy a new griz or prarie 650 or a cannibal (like both sport and utility). It is crazy!!!!!1
