are there any problems.....

How dependable? depends on the rider/owner of course.
The old suzukis had a weaker swingarm made of aluminum that was more prone to cracking than most other ATVs with steel swingarms... But it was lighter, so there!
The early model LT250Rs had crappy shocks. Those were only around for two years.
That's about the only reasons people say Suzuki 250Rs are unreliable.
That was 17 years ago. Those problems will probably be resolved by now.

are you sure thats what all the problems were, because that is stupid that people say that they are unreliable because of only that. and im pretty sure the shocks are fixed cause the shocks on the Z-400 sound really nice. when someone gets the quad could you please post how nice it is?

Oh, and the frames on some quads used to crack, the 87+ Quadracer's chain were very hard to adjust and I hear the first Quadzilla engines blew up a bit.
The new Z400 just isn't an old Suzuki. It looks like Suzuki is a new company. The only thing that looks similar to an old 'racer on the Z400 is the 91/92 LT250R swingarm and old rear brakes.
Anyone remember any more places the old racers/zillas were unreliable? I think that's about it...
