Z400 Bent axle??
#21
Hey Dude,
I consider myself an avg size rider at 180 lbs. I have the front shocks at the firmest setting and the back has been adjusted. Besides that it is stock. I am going home now to adjust the back firmer put more air in the tires and try it again and see if I bottom out. I am not pushing it at all!!! Any sport quad can jump these jumps easy with no problems. We were going to break out the bobcat and make all of the jumps much bigger but I think I might wait.

I might be in left field but maybe your axle is not the problem. Maybe something with your shock.....I have hit jumps that size with no landing jump and have not had problems. I have also hit some bigger ones with landings and hammered throught some rough trails. I weigh 170lbs. and have not touched the rear and the fronts are at the max.

I have 2 z400's. Over Memorial weekend I was playing on mine. I jumped it about 2 feet in the air and had a smooth landing. Now the front righ axel is bent. Suzuki will not fix it. They told me I had to hit something to do this damage. I love the bikes but I am not happy with the company. My dealer said he will fix it for free because he knows I did not hit anything. I am still dealing with suzuki on this issue. Also don't stand them up in the back of a truck to transport them. It will flood out he air box and they dont run to well. The gas pet **** does not have an off position.
