The dealer said the a arms are not bent. I guess it must be the spindle that the rotor is on. They told me the reason the brakes don't work now is because it has bent axle and the rotor is attached to the axle. this is causing the brake pads to be pushed out all the way on one side and pushed in all the way in the other side. I am not sure if this is a line or not I just know the brakes are out and the wheel sits at a 30 degree anle.

I have it on video. I was only about 2 feet if that. I only weigh 205lbs so I don't think i am over the weight limit for it. I was riding it hard all weekend long. My wife jumped hers off of the same jump and she does not have any problems with it.

no wonder the thing broke... you fat butt on the little quad... and even jumped it.. i'm surprized that the wheels didn't fall off when you sat on it.. how much does your wife weigh? is she as fat as you? or is she the proper weight for it? you said you have it on tape? lets see it.. let us judge if it was your fault or not..

Wow, the spindle is bent? That's not good. I have 2 Z's myself, and jumped it lots of times and no problems. Of course I am about 170 lbs. I did jump a few feet in the air and landed front right tire first bottoming out hard (shocks were set on the lowest setting) and nothing went wrong. I'll admit, I'm am going to start keeping a real close eye on my bike what's going on. I cannot believe Suzuki is being all messed up about this situation. Maybe we should all start contacting them with our concerns; even those of us who haven't had any problems yet. Maybe then they'll start checking into these problems and maybe hook us up? Dunno, just a thought.

if you can get a LOT of people together and have every one write a letter, they will do somthing... you just have to get the word out to everyone that owns one WRITE A LETTER..if you can organize it, and keep track of the letter wrtien you can even build a case againsed them... maybe even make them do a safty recall...

I"m 6'5", 217 and have flung my Z over some serious jumps. First with a stock suspension setup and later with it a little SOFTER. Nothing bent, nada. I have MX'ed it, found some 2 and 3 foot jumps to go over at 40 mph, then hit a halfpipe looking thing to clear a dirt road a few times. I'll keep looking, but haven't bent anything yet.
