Hey folks, just got my new Z!!! Spoke with the dealer about the axle posts and he felt that they wouldn't be covered, unless Suzuki started seeing lots of the same problems with the axles. He pointed out in the manual, that "Jumping is unsafe" and could be considered abusive. HOGWASH!!!

Dudeon400ex, did the dealer replace the axle free of charge?? Any problems there??

If the original 6 month warranty doesn't cover the axle, why would the extended??

Thanks!

Well, if its only axles we have to worry about, so be it, I want an extended one anyhow. Guess this will just make it easier to tell me when to get it. I still love my Z.
peace

i've done a few jumps, gone over rocks (more like boulders), and rode it hard (pretending to MX) and haven't had any problems (knock on wood). then again, maybe it's cuz i weigh 150lbs. looks like i need to maintain my weight.

I bashed mine repeatedly over decent sized jumps today, my wrists feel like mush, but nobent axle.
