I don't have a manual for the 230S, could someone tell me what the head bolts are torqued to, also the cover on the head. I need to get this back together, but I don't want to break another bolt off or strip out any threads. Two bolts had been broken off on the cover when I got it. Thanks for any help.

 

hey do you live next to any like dealers or atv shops because if so get a manual it has helped me so many times it has all the torque specifications and everything so get one they are about 25-30 dollars so hope this helps

 

or even go to rocky mountai they sell them cheaper even it is called clymer shop manuals or somethin

 

Yo Zero Rider, I have the manual and it says 5-8ft.-lb. of torque for the 6mm nuts and 15-18ft.-lb. of torque for the 8mm nuts. If you have anymore questions on it let me know.
