These are great news. Suzuki should definetly release that sport quad.
What happened anyway ? What is that about people getting hurt and lawsuits...
It's because in Portugal we never knew what really happened. I just know that the 500 2 stroke was never sold here.

JNB-Sport400...
It is a dilema that all Quad manufacturers have been faced with, not only Suzuki.
It is about people riding recreational vehicles, and an accident occurs, ( which can happen to anyone ) and then holding the manufacturer responsible for it.
As an example, Suzuki just won a case filed against them for wrong doing.
The Plaintiffs, two guys, who were doubling without helmuts, while intoxicated, climbed a hill... lost control... flipped it over...and were seriously injured. They seemed to feel that Suzuki was responsible for this, and therefore tryed to sue for liability, and luckily did not succeed.

That, is what this is all about.
