Yeah but it is $1000 more and that is just the frame. I don't think it comes with a subframe either. By the way would you know if I have to use 250R front hubs, brakes, and stuff like that or would I be able to keep the LT components and Plastic?

Yeah thats what I was thinkin but, I think it does cause I looked at a picture of Nick Dienst of Minnesota and his Laegers LT and I saw that it did. I just wanted to make sure.

Does the Laeger LT use the front end (a-arms, spindles, shocks, etc.) and swingarm. If it does that would be the ticket because of the wealth of aftermarket goodies for the 250R/400EX.

I'm looking for a way to run my LT powerplant and plastic but use Honda suspension and chassis parts.

First I would call Nacs and ask them the availablity of the leager frame first, if they can get you one asked them about the plastic and bolting up suzuki parts. I say this because I have race lt's for the past 4 years and the stock frame is weak. I've broke 2 in 2 1/2 years. The stock frame has a good bit of weak points. One the first frame I broke I counted over 12 different spots that was badly cracked, so a leager frame would me the better option do to better geometry and stronger material. If it is not available the talk to HSD about doing it and make sure they beef up other areas besides the front, like the rear shock mounts, the tubes next to the pegs, and the bottom rails under the engine. These along with a-arm mounts are the spots I have broken on 2 different frames.

The big thing is getting the handling of the honda 250r and the power/performance of the lt250r in one machine. This will make the best 250 2-stroke quad.

My friend davey's lt has the laeger protrx front end and runs cr 500 linkage and pep zps all the way around. His bike has a 295 and it runs very good. He raced at red bud and finshed 2nd overall in the open A. He will be at loretta lynns and be racing the 250 pro-am after he puts his 250 cylinder back on.

Ok guys I will try Nac's if they one or two left but even if they do, I don't have enough money yet. So it looks like I am definitely goin with HSD mod. Its a good thing HSD does lots of good stuff for the LTs.

Sorry Mark, I won't send my frame up there any time this year. I'm working on the money part. Hopefully next spring I'll have it up there.

Think how those pictures would have looked after a few minutes with the garden hose.

I'll wash for parts, maybe even throw a little wax on there.
