Does anyone have a picture of the standard nerfs mounted on the Z? I have a few questions about where they mount and routing around the oil lines.

 

Hey all I wanted to bump this back to the top and see if anyone has gotten the new and improved pro pegs. Also see if the guy from AC is still monitoring it. I had full AC skids, bumper and nerfs on my 300 ex that I had and they were way cool looking and fit quite well. I will be getting my new z in a few months after I recover from surgery and I want to start getting some things now. I can't think of a better way to recover from knee surgery than to put cool parts on a new quad. Plus what better motivator to work out and get the knee back in shape than a fast ride just waiting to be ridden.

yeah! this is one long thread. as for those nerfs for the z on order, well we just finished building about 120 pair and there is another order in fab getting ready to go to welding.

Does this mean that you were able to see and fix the problems that were discussed? Have you test fitted the new design? Do they bolt up better in the front so they don't put pressure on the fluid lines? Were you able to increase the distance from the peg to the heel guard? Thanks for your time and effort to make this right.

i have bolted up quit a few pair since this thread started. i think i have gotten every thing handeled. one of the guys that works with me at the shop bought a z a couple of weeks ago and i put a pair of propegs on his. i got to test ride it my self and every thing felt good.
