Yes they will work together. Not perfectly but workable. The U bolts on the cross arm of the Nerfs is exactly where the hook clip is on the belly skid. You must bend down the side flares on the belly skid and remove the center hook clips on the belly skid. Even so the belly skid still seems to be on tight with only the front hook clip and the 2 lower bolts. As for the Suzuki Nerfs, the were very easy to put on after I had to engineer the changes to the skid. (a.k.a. bending $h!t I can send Pics if anyone wants to see them. With AC Racing bumper, it's looking SWEET.
