Looking at purchasing a new quad for the wife. Narrowed down to either a kodiac or suzuki eiger (automatic 4X4's) Couple of questions for those in the know.
1. Do either have a front locking diff?
2. Do either have engine braking?
3. I understand the kodiac has 4X4 engagement on the fly, how about the eiger?
4. I belive both are selectable 2 or 4 wheel drive and are electric engaged.
5. Weight differance bewteen the 2? Think the eiger is fan cooled vs the liquid cooled kodiac.
any other overall comparisons or observations would be appreciated.

 

It depends on which Kodiak you are talking about , the 400 does not have a diff lock but does have engine braking , the 450 has both the diff lock and engine braking and also the 450 has a nice digital dash like the 660 grizzly.
