manual transmission vinson

i was wondering if anyone knows how the 03 vinson manual tranny shifts into reverse. also, how is this quad in mud. does it hurt not having front dif lock. see my signature, i am undecided about my next purchase. Help!!!

I am also considering buying a Vinsion for my wife , but I can tell you that the diff lock makes a ton of difference , since these quads have about the same clearence , 4 wheels pulling will always out go 3.

If you don't mind spending a little more and having a belt driven quad get the P650.

If you go mudding alot and plan on using aftermarket tires get the P650

If you just want a good all a round reliable quad but don't want to spend lots of money get the Vinson.

The diff lock makes a world of difference! Reliability is where the manual Vinson is at. Anything with a manual tranny will outlast a belt driven quad, except for an '01 Raptor. hehe
